Lori Wieder, M.Ed., NCC, C-IAYT®
Lori offers a warm, caring, and compassionate space to explore all facets of yoga practice and uncover the ways yoga can support you in finding greater ease, joy and balance in life. Her approach embraces the full holistic lens that yoga offers, recognizing that true wellness is best supported by nurturing all aspects of ourselves – body, mind and heart. Lori encourages clients to enter into practice gently, to practice “finding ease within the effort” (so you can do the same off the yoga mat!), and most importantly, to discover the specific tools and practices that bring you back home to yourself.
Lori is a Certified Yoga Therapist and offers 1:1 private yoga therapy sessions in space co-located in the Sig: Wellness Center in State College. She has an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a part-time holistic counselor at The Healing Room. You can catch a public yoga class with Lori at The PYP Studio.
