Yin/Restorative Yoga

Tuesdays 7:15 pm, PYP Studio, State College. Refresh and reset in this evening class that combines creative Restorative and Yin Yoga practices.  This one-hour class is a total-body treat and mind-quieting practice that will leave you recharged and ready for the rest of your week. Gentle/Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors & Special Conditions

Wednesdays 11 am, State College YMCA. A gentler, slower-paced class designed for people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels, and those with special conditions. This class focuses on increasing and maintaining healthy range of motion, creating more space in the body and reducing stress in a friendly, accessible environment. Feel good and find ease! Vin-Yin Yoga

Thursdays 9:15 am, PYP Studio, State College. This class blends power and stillness, starting with 40 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga that will challenge the “yang” with strength-building, dynamic movement. Class will finish with 20 minutes of Yin Yoga—calm, quiet, longer-held postures. Power, strength, stillness and sweet release—all in this one-hour practice. Click here to register.
